Standard books can be expected to arrive to you in 7 to 10 days. Why are the dates different for inscribed or gift-wrapped books? If you order a book that needs to be inscribed by the author or gift wrapped, it may be 3 (or up to 15 days). The fastest times may obtained by ordering an inscribed or gift-wrapped book rather than a standard book. Dr. Debi and the staff will use our on-hand supply to fulfill your inscription or gift-wrap request and then send this along to you. We keep an ample supply of books on hand to respond to urgent holiday or gift needs - or for Home Team Emergencies. Occasionally we may be out of stock; however, back orders are fulfilled within 15 days; you will be notified if there is any delay in processing your customized order. Your book is printed with the most modern equipment, using just-in-time production to be sure that expenses are minimized. If you order a standard book (not inscribed), it will be produced immediately at our printers and shipped directly to you. Their standard delivery is 7 to 10 days, although expedited shipping is available with them. We really really really need this book now, how do we make sure it comes earlier? Just let us know when you order - in your comment area. We will send out as quickly as we can, and we don't mind doing a little rushing for a good cause. Just let us know. They serve the online commerce industry. Can I return a book? If you wish to return a book or product, you may return it in good and unused
condition for a refund. (Sorry no returns on inscribed books.) You
will need to send it at your expense, Priority Mail (we recommend the Flat-Rate
Envelope) within 7 days of receipt and with email notice to us, to: And if you do return your book,
also please email notice to: What if my book arrives damaged? Your order should always arrive in good condition. If there is ever any problem with this at all, let us know immediately. If you can tell the product is damaged when it arrives off the truck, alert the driver and refuse the package. File your complaint immediately with the shipping company.
